Hi.Works v2.1

the updated HiWorks website

On the first of February, HiWorks released an updated version of its website. The intent was for this to occur on the first of January, but as is often the case with websites, things took a bit longer than anticipated.

You could be forgiven for not immediately noticing much change as the intent was to preserve the general feel of the site. We focused our efforts on streamlining how information is conveyed which means the site contains less than it did before. When the initial version of the site launched eight years ago, we wanted the website to communicate our young office was a legitimate architecture firm and so displayed everything we did. We can now be a little more selective, so you can now view the “featured” projects that we feel best illustrate the range of work we do.

As with earlier versions, there are a few Easter Eggs and in place of the blog we had to remove last year, there’s an entirely new section to explore.
